It integrates mechanic, electric, optic and pneumatic technology into a consummate system which is automatically controlled by computer can perform the whole packing process of forming blister, filling products by packed and then checking, heat sealing, marking batch number, pressing avulsion line, cutting card, eliminating waste card and outputting finished product, This machine is applicable for plasticity-aluminum, paper-aluminum or aluminum-aluminum compound sealed packing of medicine, food, electronic treatments and little medical tools, etc.
Feature:
1.The distance of forming, heat-sealing, pressing and cutting components can be adjusted arbitrarily according to variety of cards.
2.Card towing manipulator using air chamber drive can be operated conveniently and the travel is arbitrarily adjustable.
3.The motor adopts cycloidal pin gear reducer having longevity and little noise.
4.Photoelectric color code checking equipment can be selected and installed to realize pressed graphics of each card consistently by travel adjusting.
5.Waste card checking and eliminating equipment can be selected and installed to realize automatically eliminating of rejects.
6.Detachable design make this machine easily transport and install.
